Property maintenance is an operational reality of short-term rental management. Appliance failures, plumbing issues, access problems and general wear are identified, coordinated and resolved without requiring the owner to manage individual trades.
For routine and minor issues, we coordinate resolution directly. For larger works, owners are consulted with a clear scope and cost before any work proceeds.

Owners receive detailed monthly statements without needing to request them. Reports include booking revenue, management fees, maintenance costs and net disbursement — every figure documented and accounted for.
