Structured Onboarding and Property Configuration

Once a management agreement is in place, we move into structured onboarding. This covers everything required to configure your property for professional short-term rental operation — listing creation, platform setup, pricing configuration, cleaning and linen coordination, and operational documentation.

Nothing is rushed. Each component is reviewed before the property goes live. The one-time setup fee of $600 + GST covers all onboarding activity.

Every system is in place before the property is listed — not after.

Launch & Optimise

Your property goes live across all booking platforms with active pricing strategy and full operational coverage in place from the first booking.

Live Across All Platforms — Actively Managed From Day One

Once setup is complete and reviewed, your listing goes live on Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz and additional channels where relevant. Pricing is active immediately — not static rates, but dynamic pricing informed by current demand data.

The first 30 days include close monitoring of listing performance, booking velocity and guest response. Adjustments are made in real time based on how the market responds.

A listing is not complete at launch — it is refined based on how it performs.
